Hi, I'm Liz.

I started For You Tales so you could give someone a book with their name, face, and story inside.

Where the story began.

For Liz, it started with a little girl's imaginary trip to the ice cream store. She turned it into a storybook.

That gave her an idea: help other people make books about the ones they love, using the little details that make a story their own.

How does personalization work?

Share their name, a photo, and a few things they love. Choose a setting, and we'll write and illustrate a story starring them. You can review the words and pictures, make changes, and approve the book before we print.

Is it only for kids?

You can make a book for anyone: kids, parents, grandparents, partners, friends, teachers, or pets. Tell us who it's for, and we'll use the details you share to make it personal.

What will I receive?

An 8.5 × 11 inch hardcover with a glossy cover and 24 illustrated pages in full color. It features their name and character, ready to wrap and give.

How long does it take?

Setting up your story takes about five minutes. After you approve the book, printing takes 2 to 3 business days and delivery takes another 5 to 7 business days. Timing can vary by location.

Can I make edits after purchasing?

Yes. Review and edit your story after checkout. We'll only print the book once you approve it.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship within the United States. Shipping is included in the price of your book.
